New Leica price increase in the US (Q2, SL2)

Some Leica cameras (and lenses?) went up in price in the US on October 1st. I do not have the full list, but here are a few examples:

• Leica Q2 went up by $200 (now $5,700)
• Leica SL2 went up by $300 (now $6,900)
